Terre en colère, moves away from specific maps toward a more undefined landscape: an arid, inhospitable earth carrying traces of human presence, whether recent, ancient, or distant. Here, the lines are no longer simply streets or boundaries. They become gestures of writing, repeated movements, recurring motifs, and lines that diverge, cross, and fracture.
The drawings are built through superimposed layers, like a palimpsest in which different moments remain visible at once. The ink, normally fluid and free, is restrained and held back. The gesture becomes tense, repeated until it reaches a point of fracture.
The earth itself seems to carry this tension. It is marked, disturbed, and wounded by human presence. Through maps, lines, writing, and layers, I try to give form to a land that remembers: a land transformed by time, violence, displacement, and the traces of those who have passed through it.
In this work, the map gradually disappears, but the memory of place remains. What interests me is this space between the mapped and the unmapped, between order and chaos, permanence and disappearance, distance and belonging.
